SEARCH
Search for clients directly from the main screen by any name combination,  social security number, phone number, address or code.  The search method is retained so that if you normally search by social security number, it will become the default search method.  As data is entered, the list of clients is narrowed down with the first client selected or arrow down to select another.  Simply press enter to move to the customer screen.

CUSTOMER
The customer screen provides contact, bank, employment and miscellaneous information in addition to four references.  Notice that if the customer has not been in for a specific time, the account will be flagged to update.  From here, you can proceed to the customer's account for detailed information or checkout to process the transaction.  If the account has current activity, such as an outstanding advance or no good check, you will be warned before proceeding to the checkout screen.

CHECKOUT
Check cashing, payday advances, transfers, payments and sales are all done from one screen.  To enter a transaction, simply select the type of transaction and enter the related information.  Fees and cash back to the customer are automatically calculated to show the user what amounts need to be paid or collected.  The fees can be adjusted as needed.  Each transaction has a large note field that can be used for specific information or special situations.

When clearing a payday advance, if a new advance is entered for the same amount, the advance is rolled over and tracked as a renewal.

TENDER
The tender screen lists the transactions to be completed and what checks or funds need to be traded with the customer.  A custom receipt or contract may also be printed based on the transaction type.  For example, two disclosure contracts may be printed for every payday advance as well as a receipt.  At this time, the number to be printed can be changed and the contract can be sent to one printer and the receipt sent to another.  Press enter to finalize the transaction and apply the information to the customer's account.
